How to Redeem a Code
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Account Settings → Redeem Gift Card or Code.
- Enter the code exactly as printed — codes are case-sensitive.
- Click Redeem.
- The credit or offer is applied immediately and confirmed on screen and by email.
What to Know About Gift Card Credit
- Gift card credit is applied to your next billing cycle. If the credit exceeds your monthly fee, the remainder carries over to subsequent months.
- Gift card credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Each code can only be redeemed once and cannot be transferred.
Code Not Working? Here Are All the Possible Reasons
- Typo or wrong case: Codes are case-sensitive. Double-check every character — the letter O vs. the number 0 and the letter I vs. the number 1 are common mistakes. Try re-entering the code carefully.
- Already redeemed: Each code can only be used once. If you received the code from someone else, it may have already been used. Contact the sender to confirm.
- Expired: Gift cards and promo codes have expiry dates. Check the card or email for the expiry date. Expired codes cannot be extended.
- Region-locked: Some codes are only valid in the country where they were purchased. If you are in a different country from where the card was bought, the code will not work.
- Free trial code on an existing account: Promo codes for free trials can only be redeemed on accounts that have never had a paid subscription. They cannot be applied to existing paid or previously paid accounts.
